. Where appropriate, support efforts for reparations and the attainment of justice, paying particular attention to gender crimes.
. Train various experts and stakeholders in the detection of the early warning signs of conflict and the analysis of its sources.
. Provide technical expertise in domains such as demobilisation of armed groups, security sector reform and land-mine clearance.
